AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli spoke of the Law on Confiscating Unjustified Riches, or as otherwise known as Anti-Mafia Law.
He has said he is personally afraid of this law.
Any property seizure law must go through the Court and not by any agency outside the judicial system. That scares me personally, if the law wasn't under court, Pacolli said on Channel 10, the Periscope broadcast.
Pacolli has also set a concrete example of an investigation that could be carried out in the background of his wealth.
If someone comes in today and asks me how you made the house, I have to reason on building my house that's been done for so long. So, you're a journalist, and at the end of the show, something's going to remain unsaid or done, so if I have to find the construction bills for my house, maybe I won't be able to find the window purchase bills, like I'm getting it. Then they tell me to seize that you can't justify how you bought the windows, Pacolli said.
He has said he expects more work to be done about this law and to introduce teams of local and foreign experts. /Periscopi
