“I think that these 13 years are enough time to see how successful we have been in building a constitutional, legal and functional state”, Bajrami says.
“The interpretations of the Constitutional Court are the most frequent thing that happens in Kosovo politics. I think the Constitutional Court has played a positive role after making decisions that other courts do not make. He took cases that made politics”, he points out.
“has sent us to the elections after its decisions because even in 2014 when there was probably the first serious case when the coalition was V LAN, the removal of two presidents due to serious constitutional violations, other cases, and especially recent cases with the dismissal of government Kurti, when it opened the door for mandate of the second government from the second party not the first party and created a new standard in our parliamentary democracy.
