Agim Bahtiri: It is the issue of the Kosovo Assembly. But I personally say it's the right of each MP to vote in their sound mind. I think it should be worked indiscriminately, he is an MP and should not be of political parties, but of the Republic of Kosovo and decisions should be made in the best interests of the country.
