AVONET has some questions about former Supreme Court chairman in the case of Agony Tetaj's murder

He says in 2018: “if you look at it, you see that he (Shaban Gogaj) has not had a target at all, that's where his target hasn't been, the target seemed to be all three, who could have any of these three hit, that he's been firing in their direction, because these weapons don't produce consequences”, Hasani said in an interview in DTV.

So AVONET requires public response from Mr. Hasan where he is based when he has made this statement or public declaration.

The public questions for Feyzullah Hasani are these:

1. Have you seen and examined the subject records that you were declared for?

2. When you say so, are you based solely on media reporting and published murder videos or do you know more?

3. This statement you made, what is your reason?

4. Are you aware that under the State Prosecutor's Law, the State Prosecutor is entitled to remove/take the subject of any prosecutor who has doubts about non-profession or public pressure?

5. Is it considered that you Mr. Yu. Hasan you have intervened in the judicial process in the case of Agnis Tetaj, as the trial is not yet complete.

AVONET requires as soon as possible, Mr. Hasan explain to the public about your statements and findings in the Agnis Tetaj case!
