According to Mrs. Avdiu should not be dedicated to those who do not live in Kosovo. It says it is the last law to deal with it.

Why should it be given more importance to those living in the diaspora than they live in Kosovo?
That law, it's the last one I need to deal with. Especially the part where there's a diaspora vote. If they are, let them return to Kosovo. Or let them come and vote here.
