Through an announcement to the media, ATKA has suggested that after this date, for all taxpayers who have untainted tax obligations, the Kosovo Tax Administration will implement procedures defined with tax legislation in force.
“All taxpayers who have unremarkable tax duties, the Tax Administration allows you to apply for the agreement's agreement to pay tax payment if they prove they have financial difficulties in fulfilling obligations due to the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19. While all taxpayers, who have no financial difficulties, the Tax Administration, encourage that as soon as they fulfil their tax duties”, the report says.
