From this, the minister has stressed that within a few days this phase of running against David-19 is expected to be completed.

In contrast, Health Minister Arben Vitita has signed Administrative Guide for Anti-Convidial vaccines, paving the way for the purchase of vaccines from Pfizer Company. According to this document, vaccines should have EMA's or FDA approval. The UA allows contractual parties to deal with who or emergency Authorisation Marketing for vaccines against Avid-19, excluding the Administrative Guide provisions of 012015. The latter in Article 6 stipulates that the AM is issued on condition that each legal person or corporation should have business registered in the Republic of Kosovo.
