The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has called for the appointment of the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, to the police official, currently indicted R. The S., due to the suspicion that he has committed the criminal work -- sexual Soulmi -- of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the request, there is suspicion that from November 2020 to April 20, 2021, defendant R. The US, has been practicing sexual assault on the minor victim under the age of 16.
