The arrest of “Cipra”, including AKI and Special Unit, in action

Kosovo police have arrested Besim Hajdari, known as “Cipra” during yesterday, though his arrest has not been just a regular police action.

To declare the search as a high-risk person, Kosovo police, State Prosecutor, Kosovo Special Unit and the Kosovar Intelligence Agency were committed.

The suspect had attempted to flee the police and had suffered bodily injuries.

“Foundation Procurories in Pristina, the Department of War Crimes, announces that following the development of an operation in co-operation with the State Prosecutor, the Kosovar Intelligence Agency, the Kosovo Police and the Special Unit of Kosovo, in 16,04.2021, the suspect has been arrested with B.H., who for his past criminal record has been recivilitivists and wanted for justice organs, involved in several cases in carrying criminal acts <1xVras) gravely, and <3x> and <Kakoj>Ca>, Pristina chief prosecutor.

The Constitutional Prosecutor has also indicated that sharing Besim Hajdari has been scheduled for a 48-hour ban, while also applying for detention.

The high-ranking suspect, 16,04.2021, has been detained with the State Prosecutor's decree, 48 hours' length, in the direction of criminal acts “heavy attempted murder” and “possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms” of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code. The State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the suspects. ”, says the Prosecutor.
