With Arben Year's proposal, the measures against David-19 that he once violated on his own

Arben Vitita returned in measures.

The minister of Health was approved proposals for closing gastronomy and partial restrictions on the movement, to be applied by Wednesday, for 11 days.

These are his first actions for preventing the COVID-19 pandemic, in his second term.
