When New Anti-Condavid Measures Enter into force

The government's new decision says the circulation of citizens between 22: 00 a.m. and 05 a.m. can only be made for emergency or medical assistance, and that health personnel and economic operators with separate government permits can be moved at this time.
The measures have revealed to Health Minister Arben Vitita.
All public and private institutions of pre-university education between April 12th and April 18th, and all public and private institutions and universities from April 7th to April 18th are obliged to organise the form of teaching activity according to education, Science and Technology and primary institutions' guidelines and continue the activity normally by respecting measures and recommendations against Covid-19. While in hotels, the liquor and food service will be allowed only in rooms.
And public transportation will be allowed to work using up to 50% of capacity, and taxis are allowed to work with a passenger behind or three if they are members of the same family.
The minister of health said the tightening of the measures is necessary.
In such a state of public health emergency, it is necessary to limit freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, privacy rights, and freedom of service delivery and business management. These restrictions are based on Law No. 07/L0006 for the prevention and fighting of the Codwelf-19, and as the health experts have ascertained from IKSC and O BSH is strictly needed when the epidemiology situation is overburdened. The deadlines set in this decision serve as a necessity for the infection curve to be reduced, but depending on the estimates of the epidemiological situation, nothing rules out that these deadlines can be extended through a new decision”, he said.

Also, all citizens who enter Kosovo must present the negative test 72 hours, on the contrary should be self-aware in 14 days. The decision says exemptions make citizens who have emerged in the last 24 hours.
