American Pan-Albanian Congress Meets the UN, Seeks Help for vaccines

As State Department representatives, attending the meeting were: David Kostelic, Director for the Southeast European Office, European Affairs Office, Michael Konstantino, Deputy Director, Ilan A. Goodman, High Officer for the Kosovo Office, Wendy Reyan, Official for the Kosovo Office and Malikat Rufai, Official for the Office of Northern Macedonia and Officer Support for Albania's Office.
In addition to discussing possible co-operation to assist Kosovo in procurement vaccines, participants also discussed various issues facing Kosovo and the region, including dialogue, the Special Court, the Bytyqi brothers, the upcoming elections and justice reform in Albania, the census of the population in northern Macedonia, having the arrival of Albanian addresses in the Presevo Valley and increased instability in Montenegro.
Kostelic thanked the KPA for its commitment and offered co-operation on various issues facing the Balkans.
