The American government's “position remains unchanged. We support the president's vote. We call on all members of the Assembly to fulfill their responsibilities to the people of Kosovo, taking part in the vote to ensure quorum”, he has declared.
Ambassadors of other friendly states have made similar statements.
Italy's ambassador to Kosovo, Nicolaa Orlando, has requested the presence of all political subjects at the session to be held for the president's vote.
Orlando has demanded that the hearing not be boycotted, and that the state's interest ahead of personal interests be put forward.
“Sic said earlier, now is the time for all parties and MPs to act responsibly, to put the country's interest ahead of everything by participating in the process. The boycott will not benefit anyone”, he said.
The session is expected to be held by 6:00.
