The American diplomat has congratulated President Osmani, while even on this note that the United States of America remains an ally of Kosovo.
“Congratulations Vjosa Osmani for electing presidents, and MPs who carried out their duties in the Assembly. The US remains committed to close partnership with the Republic of Kosovo to build a future of peace, justice and prosperity for all citizens”, Costnett has written.
Vjosa Osmani has been elected president by 71 votes today, in the third round of voting.
