Under the changes to the possibility of buying vaccines from the Pfizer company, changes had also taken place in Kosovo's drug market.
In the document, Article 11 in the new UA specified the cancellation of paragraph 3 of the Old Guide Article 13, which required that the authorised medical products of the Republic of Kosovo cannot be broken up in the market without the certificate of quality analysis of each series”.
This paragraph was removed on the new Guide signed by former Minister Zemaj.
A Old Guide Article has also been deleted in the new management that set the criteria for drugs in the Kosovo market to contain the guide in official languages in our country.
Article 11 in the old UA in paragraph 2.1 required the official “Certificate from the European Union regarding the authorized medicine product (CPP-EMA)”; Paragraph 2.3 “Collection of Product Characteristics (PKP) in English and in official languages of the Republic of Kosovo”; 2.4 “Fletting (FIP) in English and other official languages of the Republic of Kosovo”; 2,6 “Witnessing to marketing the medical product in the European Union”, writes the Shnet newspaper.
All these paragraphs included in Article 11 of the old UA had been erased in the new UA signed by former Minister Zemaj.
The entire end of the UA was included in Article allowing the purchase of vaccines, enabling the parties, in this case Pfizer, to search directly for AKPM authorisation Marketing.
But this instruction changed by Zemaj has been cancelled by current Minister Arben Vitita.
In the roadmap signed by the latter, supplements for drugs have been removed, while only part remains to facilitate procedures for the purchase of vaccines.
The guidance signed by former Prime Minister Zemaj is fully found at the UA-Andmen Zemaj.
