In his first appearance since his hunger strike, which he says is gradually ending, the shaved Navajo looked physically bad and seemed to have lost weight, writes The Guardian, translates Periscope.
Navalny had gone on hunger strike in prison on March 31st to seek adequate medical care for the pain he had on his feet and on his back. He said on April 23rd that he would start to strike gradually after receiving medical attention, even though political prospects for him and his movement get dark day.
Earlier this week, a Moscow court banned the Anti-Corruption Foundation [ Navajo's FBK, and network offices for regional activism. The FBK was banned Tuesday from accessing its bank accounts at the prosecutor's request, and from organising protests and publishing in the media, while the court is considering further shares.
If the Navajo network is declared extremist, authorities will have legal powers to imprison activists and freeze bank accounts. /Periscope
