Haxhiu in his letter to Isuf Tetaj says she is concerned with the statements of former Supreme Court of Kosovo Chairman Feyzullah Hasani, and that a person who has been in the highest hierarchy of the justice system can never make such statements.
Despite Mr. Fyzullah Hasani, the case of your son Agonis Tetaj's murder has already received public opinion attention, and each act of justice institutions will be carefully conveyed”, said in Haxhi's letter.

Your Honor. Tetay,
I hope you're safe.
Thank you for your email by which you express your concerns in relation to the statements of former Supreme Court Chairman, Mr. Fysullah Hasani. I am equally concerned with his approach and unstable statements that seriously damage the process. A person who has been in the highest hierarchy of the justice system can never make such statements that, for my obedience, overcome freedom of speech.
I announce to you that within this time, since I took office as minister, I have had meetings with the representatives of the prosecutorial system and at each meeting I have expressed concern over the potential effects on the justice system in general, and in particular in the case of your son Agnis Tetay's murder. Also on suspicion of lawyers' influence in prosecutors' work.
As you are aware, deep reforms on the justice system are necessary and are our priority, so we will also work in this direction in order to restore citizens' trust in the institutions of justice. We are aware that we will have challenges in this regard as we have the will and willingness to address these challenges.
Despite Mr. Fyzullah Hasani, the case of your son Agonis Tetaj's murder has already received public opinion attention and each act of justice institutions will be carefully conveyed.
Justice remains justice only when it serves everyone.
Hello, affections.
