A large number of citizens from Kosovo have gone to Albania this weekend.
Only on Friday have about 13 thousand citizens crossed the Kosovo-Albanian border.
Most citizens have travelled because of new anti measures - CO The VID, which the Government of Kosovo approved on 5 April, where gastronomy, financials and schools are closed.
The circulation of citizens is also prohibited from 10: 00 a.m. until 5: 00 a.m.
But those who stayed for the weekend in the Albanian state when they return will need test anti - CO VID and vetoation.
Based on an executive decision of April 5th, those entering Kosovo from high-risk countries based on the Centre for Control and Prevention of Diseases (ECDC) list should have a negative test RT-PCR.
Kosovo also applies the reciprocity principle with countries urging Kosovo citizens to have the test, and their citizens should have the negative test on Kosovo entry case RT- PCR.
Citizens who come to Kosovo from high risk countries must present the confirmation of the negative test, on the contrary should be self-aware in seven days.
Exception from that decision makes citizens leaving Kosovo the last 24 hours.
According to this decision, citizens who went to Albania for the weekend will not need a test or a veto when they return to Kosovo.
