After the meeting, State Election Commissioner Iliran Celibashi said that Kosovo delegation was announced on the February 14th election process, from which they intend to take experiences.

Dacha's visit with his associates praised him for special importance that he will serve in tomorrow's elections.

We had today very dear guests at the Central Election Commission, the delegation of the Kosovo Electoral Commission. We discussed together the electoral process as a whole and the problems of these processes mainly in Albania, but also all that information related to the success of the election process in Kosovo, which I want to say is a very good opportunity for us Albania's CEC, to share the very positive experience of the election process in Kosovo. We are just a day before election day in Albania, and we hope that the presence of our Kosovo colleagues will be a good stone to the success of these elections, at least take something from the success of the Kosovo elections”, he said.

And CEC chairman Valdete Daka said they are staying in Albania to monitor parliamentary elections in order to take experiences from electoral reform.

“We came here to observe the elections in Albania, and however, to see those innovations that were put into Albania's electoral code and which we have an extraordinary interest in, so it is biometric identification for the first time that will be implemented in Albania and we have expressed interest in seeing the way, we had the satisfaction that together with the commissioner to discuss all these innovations that are now in the electoral code, and we hope that during today everything will go out for good and that success”, Daka said.

State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi hopes the preliminary results of Sunday's elections will be announced within 48 hours, while those for candidates said they will take more time.

“E we have as a mirror the Kosovo electoral process, and we have taken all measures that at least the outcome for the electoral political party subjects, and coalitions we have within 48 hours... for candidates I believe will last, for the winning candidates last there (Kosovo) as well (Kosovo) at least from a organizational point of view has done everything that the outcome of the elections for at least political parties and coalitions is to have within 48 hours”, he said.
