Begaj in a proposal for Periscope, says he's not in good health, and that he's not aware.
“I'm not aware of any indictment, I'm not in good health condition”, Bergaj said.
The Special Prosecutor reports the indictment has been filed due to suspicion that the defendant R.B. and has continued in the quality of the official person committed the criminal work deliberately and exploiting official authority, and overstepped its competence by causing harm to the citizens of R.R. and the municipal budget.
With these actions, defendant R.B. has committed criminal work “Using official position or authority”, by Article 422, paragraph 1 concerning Article 81 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
