The accused's brother physically assaulted in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic

What the indictment says and how Marco Rosiq got involved:

The prosecution claims that defendant Nedeljko Spasojevic -- acting as a member of the group -- has helped carry out the murder by closely co-operating with unknown suspects to carry out the murder of late Oliver Ivanovic.
