He added that for now, unknown attackers for police and that they have fled towards the main bridge towards the southern part of the city.

What the indictment says and how Marco Rosiq got involved:

According to the indictment, from 2014 to 2018, respectively, on the 1601.18th, in the town of Mitrovica, defendants in co-operation with defendants Zelko Bojq, Zvonko Veselinovic and Milan Radoiciq, who are on the run, and with two other defendants who have so far been unknown to the law's organs, acting as an organised group, under the leadership of defendants Zvonko Veselinovic and Milan Radojciq, in a manner that all defendants have acted deliberately and knowingly to commit the serious murder.

According to the indictment, each of the defendants on the critical day when the late Oliver Ivanov has also committed concrete incriminating actions for the purposes of the group in question, due to the actions of this alleged organised criminal group has come to the murder of late Oliver Ivanovic.

The prosecution claims that defendant Nedeljko Spasojevic -- acting as a member of the group -- has helped carry out the murder by closely co-operating with unknown suspects to carry out the murder of late Oliver Ivanovic.

According to the indictment he initially enabled the suspects to move with the official Golf IV police vehicle, travelers, then sent the same to the car “Opel Astra”, blue, without license plates, from which the car was shot into the late Oliver Ivanovic.

In addition to the indictment, defendant Nedeljko Spasojevic said, on the critical day along with the two policemen who were the first at the scene, Zarko Jovanovic and Dragisa Markovic, deliberately and knowingly used his official duty by allowing non-authorised persons to enter the scene and damage the evidence they have been there, where the murder of the late Oliver Ivanov had taken place.

Aktakuza says defendant Marko Rossic, acting as a member of the criminal group, has helped carry out a serious murder offense, closely co-operating with defendants Nedeljko Spasojevicq, Rade Basara, Zelko Bojq, Zvonko Veselinovic and Milan Radojic, in the manner that with his car type “Santa Fe” with KM-014 license plates - The FZ, has forwarded every movement now to the late Oliver Ivanovic prior to his murder, where, after the murder, a letter has been found in the clothing of the deceased person in which the car data “Santa FE”, black, license plate “KM-014 -FZ”

It is then suggested that this car, after the victim's murder, has passed on the brother of the victim Miroslav Ivanovic, the same car is owned and used by defendant Marko Rossic and the car mentioned is parked at the restaurant “G REY” owned by defendant Milan Radojic.

Similarly, according to the Prosecutor, defendant Rade Basara, in the quality of the police official, concrete investigators at the Revolutional Investigation Unit in Mitrovica Veri, has not fulfilled his official duties with the aim of benefiting any benefit for himself or the other person, and the same one acting as a member of the suspected criminal group, simultaneously as police investigators, has co-operated closely with Zeljko Bojq and with the organised group that has been led by defendant Milan Radojzic, from which group has received orders to conceal and criminal evidence, while engaging in the crime group, that has been committed to the investigation, where the members of the group of war crimes were carried out of war crimes force, where they did not find out of the suspects, and that did not find out of war crimes against the suspects.

Always according to the indictment, defendant Silvana Arsovic, as a member of the alleged organised criminal group, co-operating closely with suspects who have been in co-ordination for the murder of Oliver Ivanov, has helped carry out the criminal work of the serious murder, making the conditions and warding off obstacles to committing criminal work in the manner that in the time of the act of committing the assassination of late Oliver Ivanov, the defendant has been aware that security cameras at SDP offices have been violently stopped, by the currents, which were enabled by the suspects not to commit to security, when the assassination of Oliver Ivanov's office felt at the same time, in January, the same time as the party of the party's 20th party, when the party's arrest was being carried out in January, and the party of Oliverovic was immediately.

The plan is said to have, on January 16th 2018, defendant Dragisa Markovic, in quality of police official, made available without authorization to the other person who makes up official secrecy, so that until he was on official duty from the site of the event, where even Oliver Ivanovic's murder had occurred, with the aim of publishing or exploiting that information, outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, reporting to a police official in the state of Serbia without any confirmation of the news that the news has now been felt like Oliver Ivanovic.

According to the prosecution, on January 16, 2018, defendants Dragisa Markovic and Zarko Jovanovovic, in quality of official persons, have used their official duty by not carrying out the necessary legally defined tasks, in the way that after the assassination that Oliver Ivanovics have come to the scene, and have failed to secure the scene well by allowing other persons to intervene in that space, as well as the same in order to make unexplorable evidence in the official procedures, manipulated with them, and thus hiding those originally indicted, Dragvic, in the direction of the event, which was found in the post-capital scene that took place by Jovanov, and took advantage of the other crime scene, and took over the other crime scene.

According to the indictment, defendant Zarko Jovanovic, deliberately and knowingly held a weapon in violation of such weapons, where by the date of 10/02/2018, during the search of housing and surveillance facilities and during the search of the defendant's residence, Zarko Jovanovic has been found and confiscated a TT branding weapon of 7.62m with a number of Crik-1769 and 9 rounds of the 7.62m calibre, which the defendant has obtained without authorisation.

Further in the indictment, defendant Nedelko Spasojevic, is said to have deliberately and knowingly held weapons in violation of the applicable law regarding such weapons, where by the date 23.11.2018 about 6:30 p.m. during the implementation of the control order by Kosovo Police members, at the home of defendants Nedelko Spasojevic, were found and seized: a Kalashnikov-type rifle AK-47 with a calibre 7.6239 mm, a clip AK-47 as well as 106 rounds of .62 x 39 mm calibre, a hand grenade, rubber rod, a titan trombal for Kalashnikov, a military vest that the defendant possessed without permission of the competent body.
