Number 93% of ballot boxes: SP passes to 74 mandates

So far 4889 polling stations from 5199 to total have been counted in Albania or said otherwise about 93% of the vote. Meanwhile, it becomes known that the actual counting of votes in 10 counties has ended, while the eyes are already on Tirana and Durres. Concretically, about 60 boxes remain to be counted in Durres and 250 boxes in Tirana.
The Socialists have managed to add a mandate since morning hours, adding an eighth term to Durres County.
Currently in Tirana, the SP leads with 18 mandates, followed by the Democratic Party with 15 mandates. LSI has two mandates, while PSD a warrant.
The Kukes is the district that has closed the first count where the Democrats received 2 mandates, while the SP is only one mandate. Shkodra, too, has brought the Democrats the upper 5 mandates. The SP has received three mandates at the headquarter of the north. Surprise has been the PSD with two mandates, leaving behind even the LSI that has received only one mandate.
Lezha has brought priority of the four-term Democrats, while the Socialists have received three mandates. In Debar, the SP's supremacy has lasted only a few hours after yesterday's afternoon the Democrats reached a narrow advantage, causing the mandates to be divided to 3 for the DP and 2 for the SP.
Elbasan has a majority for the SP by 8 mandates, the DP has managed to win 6 mandates, while the LSI has received no mandate despite having Monica Kryeger on the list. The narrow margin in Korca, where the Socialists have received six mandates, while the DP has managed to secure 5 mandates.
At Berat SP has received five mandates, also securing the location of Blendi Klosi in the Assembly, which was listed on the fire line, while the DP has received two mandates. Without any mandate has remained the LSI, which had on its lists two popular party names -- Ardit Cela and Lefter Maliqi.
Gjirokastra has given three mandates to the Socialists, while the DP has received only one mandate. In Vlora the Socialists have received 8 mandates, securing Prime Minister Edi Rama's last place, DP 1 mandate, while other parties have received no mandate.
Meanwhile, Fieri has given 9 mandates to the Socialists, also securing the country in the Gramoz Ruci Assembly, which, despite being 10th on the list, after the Finos Union's separate life, manages to receive the SP's 9th mandate in the district. In Fier, the DP has secured six mandates, while the LSI has a mandate. With the current division of mandates, the position of party leaders running in more than one district remains to be clarified.
