40 days of detention for Kosovo Serb arrested, INTERPOL wanted

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has set 40 days of detention against defendants A.R., given the international arrest sheet issued by the Swiss state and the demand for the arrest and extradition of the same, due to the criminal offence of a bank by Article 140 on Switzerland's Penal Code. The trial of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendant A.R.. has approved it as a base, and the same has been assigned the detention measure for 40 (four ten days), according to Article 187 par. 1.1 and 1.2 points 1.2.1 of KPP.
The court has found that the other measures are insufficient for successful development of the criminal procedure, because under all present circumstances there is the risk of being avoided for criminal responsibility and for having the Swiss State through INTERPOLI has issued international arrest for the arrest of A.R., so that if the same is found in freedom it will escape and thus cannot afford the extradition procedure by the state of research”, it is reported that the media submitted.
