Turkish media reported that Faruk Fatih Ozer, who is considered the biggest fraud of recent times in Turkey, was arrested in Kosovo last night.
Turkish authorities published a photo of Ozer, passing passport control at Istanbul Airport. Security sources later confirmed that Ozer has been in Albania, and in the raids it was seen to have fled to Kosovo.
