The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj reports that in October 2020, from a Ferizaj Community Institution signal, he has accepted information that it is being carried out the criminal act of “Keq use of official position or authority” as well as “Bribery Takingback “and “Reshfett affair<5>, by officials of the Directorate for Agriculture and Forestry in the Ferry municipality.
While, following the assessment of this information, the Basic Prosecutor at Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, together with the Directorate of Economic Crimes in Pristina and the Economic Crimes Unit at Ferizaj, the prosecution has considered secret technical measures of observation and investigation should be applied.
“Ndersa, following the application of these several-month measures, on April 15, 2020, 12 suspected persons have been arrested, including four (4) forest technicians, four (4) forest rangers, and four (4) citizens from the Ferizaj municipality of Ferizaj, to whom the detention measure has been imposed for 48 hours”, the prosecution reports.
The founding prosecutor in Ferizaj, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure at the Competent Court in Ferizaj.
