MS has confirmed to the newspaper Express that COVAC has approved the Kosovo Government's application for taking vaccines.
“GAVI has informed If the first vaccines (Astra Zeneca) in the 24 000 doses will arrive very soon. According to COVAX application procedures, she submitted the app with all requested electronically attached documents in this mechanism and, COVAX, confirmed that her application” was accepted and approved, says in an MSH response, Perskopi.
Kosovo is the only country in the Western Balkans region that has not yet started the anti-cronobrus vaccine.
In the latest IKSC report, there have been 860 new coronavirus cases confirmed. /Periscope
