On his Facebook post, Bulliqi wrote that on an international woman's day, I wish that the words of justice and equality remain not just words, but to work for them.
And that's what Bulliqi copied from the mayor of Kamenica, who on March 8th of last year wrote the words Bulliqi copied today.
Bulliqi, a university professor, literally copied two paragraphs from Kastrati.
