Aleksandar Vuciq has said he doesn't know whether Albanians are listening to what Palmer and others are looking for in dialogue”.
Asked if he would be willing to negotiate with Albin Kurti, Vuchia said that this is not a problem for him at all”.
“Eence is that Matthew Palmer has not been hiding that they are seeking a mutual recognition, the European Union requires full normalisation, and we are seeking compromise. I don't know if Albanians are ready for this”, Vuciq said in an interview for Serbian state television, It's Periscope.
