Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq said last night that dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is expected to continue early May.
Serbia is in a very difficult position and we expect dialogue to continue at the beginning of May. We will be ready for that” dialogue, Serbian President Vuciq said.
After the national security hearing, attended not only by the head of state but also by representatives of the army, the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Information Agency, Vucic said it was discussed for dialogue, the vaccine against corruption (COVID-19) and the fight against organised crime, AA reports.
Serbia is in a very difficult position and we expect dialogue to continue at the beginning of May. We will be ready for that dialogue, but I want to tell all Serbian citizens that from Serbia throughout the Western hemisphere, it is expected to accept recognition of Kosovo, and that is the essence”, Vucic said, adding that Serbia will protect its state and national interests.
Vucic further said Serbia has so far been supplied with more than 2.6 million vaccines COVID-19 and urged citizens to be vaccinated.
