Vlora Citaku officially ends mandate as ambassador, returns to Kosovo

Vlora Citaku has officially completed the post of Kosovo Ambassador to the United States ( USA.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora confirmed this.
“The ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in Washington DC, Vlora Citaku, has successfully completed its mandate, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore of the Republic of Kosovo wants to express the most sincere thanks for Kosovo's extraordinary representation in the United States. Success and prosperity in future Ambassador Chitaku” commitments, says the Ministry's announcement.

Vlora Citaku was declared after the completion of the task. Through a post on the social network “Facebook”, Citaku has said that service as Kosovo ambassador to the US has been an honor.
Thank you from the heart. Serving as a Kosovo ambassador to the US has been the honour of my life”, she wrote.
Vlora Citaku is Kosovo's third ambassador to the US since declaring independence.
She was formerly the minister of European Integration and former foreign deputy minister.
Citaku has been an MP in two legislatures from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo. She has been engaged in parliamentary foreign affairs and European integration commissions.
