After publishing a video, where a person allegedly bought votes for Elbert Krasniqi's party, The IRDK has reacted to Krasniqi himself, who has requested investigation by competent bodies.
He has said that through a response to the social network Facebook, he is distanced from each member of the party he leads, which is out of democratic framework.
Krasniqi's full reaction:
Dear citizens,
The publication on the Insender newspaper, which has to do with exchanging messages between two citizens, where it was converted to. I The RDK, required to be investigated by competent organs. No one should distort the will of citizens, even any member of our party. I The RDK is a democratic party, and with a long tradition, aimed at protecting citizens, in particular the Egyptian community.
The IRDK is not a shopping party and will never be. I The RDK preserves its cultivated values for a long time, so we ask investigative bodies to clear these messages in order to reveal the truth.
We distance ourselves from any member who goes out of democratic framework with his or her actions. The abusers, whoever and wherever, must answer before the law. And the IRDK will continue to be a party to human and democratic values.
