Veton Berisha: We will complain in all voting orchestrating mechanisms from Serbian List

The former Egyptian community's delegation to Kosovo's Parliament, Veton Berisha, has said they will complain in all justice mechanisms for orchestrating the Serbian List on the 14 February elections. He has said that they will do so after the outcome of the vote count. “We only street [...]
He has said that they will do so after the outcome of the vote count.
We have the only legal way that we have, is to exercise our right to complaint, we are expecting the preliminary results, then the CEC gives us the right to complaint because it's a phase that the law defines and we will exercise our complaint. We will address relevant institutions in this case to PZAP, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. There are three mechanisms we claim, we hope very much, we strongly believe that since the first level at PZAP we will get the official confirmation which is in favour of the right and what is proven to have been the orchestrating of the vote. Based on their professionalism and on the arguments we're going to offer, I think we're going to have enough evidence to decide on the annulment of these” votes has been expressed.
Berisha, who is the leader of the Egyptian Liberal Party(PLE), has confirmed that they will seek a call for a vote since in the last elections, votes for the Serbian List have been seen in areas that no members of the Serb community exist.
“We will ask for confirmation of the fact that the votes certainly exist that PZAP has the right to also decide how to assess. The recounting will make the same result because it is within the contested votes which are openly observed as having had votes for the party and not for the candidate for the MP, and there are votes in areas that no members of that community exist at all. We are seeing it openly, and everyone in Kosovo is watching this phenomenon and it will remain for justice to say its word” it has added.
In the February 14th elections, according to non-Serb communities, there have been manipulation of votes from the Serbian List.
Such concern has been raised by nongovernmental organisations dealing with monitoring the election process, which have also sought investigation by Procuroia.
Berisha has also confirmed participation in tomorrow's protest over the representation of communities in the Assembly.
While organising such a protest has considered it shot and signal that civil society also believes it was manipulated by votes.
The “E have seen that it is good action from civil society, an initiative of organisations, I have also seen the response of 48 organisations from the Bosniak community, and others that are very professional and that follow this process. I'm glad that these organizations have organized such a protest, and I certainly see it reasonable to be part of the protest because from the start I'm one of the main people who raised this laugh and I'm glad that the findings are being seen by Albanian civil society and other communities. I think the protest will have its effect on the institutions that will decide” has ended Veton Berisha for EO.
