Sami Kurteshi of the Vetevendosje Movement has said the demand for full recount exceeds legal requirements.
According to him, differences are seen where they are, adding that those who get the least votes are expected not to be satisfied.
Kurteshi has said that there is no sign of complete recount because, according to him, that would mean this election process has been criminalised.
We've pulled attention, but after the results drop down then the whole process has been criminalised. The smallest number of recounts has the VV, even though it has received more than half of all votes”, he said.
By contrast, the AAK official at the Central Election Commission, Ibrahim Selmanaj, has said there have been irregularities in the counting process and has added that the investigator should deal with any commissioner perceived to have made parallels.
He has asked the CEC to become a full recount in order to clear up as a process and each to respond to abuses.
