Speaking of the global pandemic crisis, Kurti said this crisis in Kosovo deepened even more with the government's unfair collapse last year. The prime minister stressed that currently in Kosovo, an average of 10 deaths a day are taking place, while no one patient with coronarys is surviving exits from the respiratory.
Even Health Minister Arben Vitita, thanking them for contributing to the first container of the vaccine, said he hoped in further co-operation of UN agencies in overcoming the crisis with the virus.
Representatives of United Nations agencies present at the meeting congratulated Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Vita on victory in the elections and forming the government. UN Development Co-ordinator Ulrika Richardson said the new government cabinet can account for the aid and support of agencies, but also said it expects co-operation and co-ordination with the government.
Other representatives also announced Kurti and Minister Vitita with the work they have done and are doing in Kosovo, offering further support.
Kurti promised his and cabinet support because, he said, we want to co-operate with all for the good of Kosovo.
