The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Jordan's Diaspora on Monday through a statement has condemned the opening of the Kosovo Embassy in the “Grusalum occupied”.
Ministry spokesman Dhuifhalah Ali Al-Fayez stressed that opening this embassy in Jerusalem conflicts with international law and resolutions of international legitimacy.
Any measures or decisions aimed at changing the legal status of the holy city are powerless, illegal and have no judicial effect”, he added.
Al-Fayez also confirmed that achieving a fair and comprehensive peace is the only way to reach a solution of two states based on decisions of international legitimacy, which guarantees the creation of an independent Palestinian state in the 4 June 1967 lines with East Jerusalem as its capital.
