Police during the investigation had found violations of the law on the part of the Ministry of Infrastructure in the millions tender for the construction of this highway.
Recica defender Florin Vlltopi has asked Judge Musa Kongjeli that the hearings be postponed after he says he has not received the case papers.
His reasoning has been that judgment cannot begin without accepting evidence.
In the indictment, 15 witnesses have been proposed and 23 evidence administered until the indictment appears to have not surrendered as evidence of the tender file.
While the case prosecutor, Habibe Salihu, has said all the accused have been notified to receive evidence and some have withdrawn.
