The Ministry of Economy and Environment has announced that Trepca workers will receive wages today.
The ministry's reasoning reportedly has been signed on February 16th, but that the payment procedures have taken time, with which salaries have been delayed.
“On the 16th, lasted 2021, Economy and Environment Minister (MEA), Muharrem Nitaj, has signed with Trepca the Financial Assistance Agreement for subsidies and capital investments, in many of the 3m euros.
Funding procedures take little time, and we have just been announced that Trepca's payments and workers have already been carried out during the day are expected to receive their salaries.
The Kosovo government has consistently helped Trepca. In November last year, the government had allocated 1.1m for the company”, said the Ministry of Economy and Environment announced.
