It's because of the change of clock from winter to summer, which means the scorpions are pressed for 60 minutes.
Random, this change occurs on the last Sunday of March. But this could be the last turn of the clock in Europe.
The European Union in 2019 had voted in favour of abolishing this method of measuring time. However, the decision has allowed member states to decide whether to change the clock twice a year, or to join the Union at this point.
It is still not known what hour will be permanent for the EU, summer or winter.
At the same time, it is not known whether Kosovo will decide the same, as this issue by institutions has not been discussed so far.
The idea of changing the clock came in 1907 from English William Willett, with the idea of the greatest use of early mornings during the summer.
