The hearing to declare the court was due today at 09 a.m. The reason for this session's postponement was after case judge Erol Gashi said the court has not yet decided on the verdict, and since the case is media, the statement will take place tomorrow after he put it, the law allows three days to think of the verdict, reports “Justice Vowtim”.
According to him, the parties will be announced for this postponement, while the announcement is expected to take place on March 18th 2021, 0900 p.m.
According to the indictment compiled on March 16, 2018, by prosecutor Blerim Igrista, the lawyer Gashi on April 29, 2016, after having previously completed hearings at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, where in the process, the prosecutor had been informed by the court of the case that the hearing was closed and that it had to be preserved as privacy what was spoken there, the same with the hearing, without authorisation of the identity of the person protected in the criminal procedure by addressing the motion and citing his name in a public way.
