Prime Minister Edi Rama attended school today “4 Witnesses” in Tirana, where teachers' vaccine with AstraZeneca is under way.
In a press proposal, Rama informed that by Monday the vaccine of teachers will begin throughout Albania.
“Sic knows we've got 38 400 doses of AstraZeneca yesterday and immediately we've started vaccinating teachers, as we've said and so is the action plan. It will extend Monday day to all of Albania according to administrative units, with schools serving as vaccine centres. Here at Unit 8 there are six teacher collectives in six schools that have schedules and come and take the” vaccine, Rama said.
Asked about the suspension of the AstraZeneca vaccine from several countries, Rama said that “vaccinate AstraZenza is suspended in some places, it is true, as it is true that you are all in a great professional and human obligation not to be shared by the lies, unconfirmed news that creates panic”.
Rama said there's a lot of fake news and a lot of commercial war, but information is obtained from official sources.
“Only official resources can provide guarantees and security. Deal with official sources in Italy, Great Britain, Denmark, and wherever you understand and understand all that is happening. We deal with this job intensively, but to understand all people that there is absolutely no concern”, Rama said.
Regarding the process of vaculation, he said that in all of Albania's territory, vaccines will begin on Monday.
