The Supreme Court has rejected complaints by non-Serb political parties and Vetevendosje. So has the Supreme Court announced through a media communiqué.
The communique says that “Four complaints were considered in a single decision, respectively, the complaints of political subjects; Roman Initiative (A.N.29/2021), Egypt's Liberal Party and the Ashkali Party for Integration ( AA.nr.35/2021) and the Kosovo Roma Progressive Movement ( AA.nr.36/2021), presented against the Election Panel's decision on Ancess and Parashta (PZAP) A.n.736/2021 of d.07,03,2021, and second complaint, accepted today by political subject Romani Initiative ( AA.nr.39/2021), presented against the supplementary decision of the Ances and Parashtre A.n.736/2021, dated 10,03,2021. Under the AA act.nr.29/2021, it is decided that these complaints will be rejected as groundless”.
Even the political subject complaint to Ujedina Zajednica-Adrijana Hodzic and the complaint of the Social Democrat political subject k Choose a working directory - U n NIJA DSU submitted against the PZAP country has been rejected as groundless.
“Two complaints were reviewed in a single decision, the complaint of political subject Ujedinjena Zajednica-Adrijana Hodzic, and the complaint of the Social Democrat political subject respectively k Choose a working directory - U n NIJA DSU, submitted against the Electoral Panel's decision on Ances and Parases (PZAP), Anr 656/2021, dated 07.03.2021. Under the AA act.nr.30/2021, it is decided that these complaints will be rejected as groundless”, the court reports.
The Vetvendosje Movement complaint has also been rejected.
“The complaint of the political subject Vetevendosje (LVV) Movement, presented against the Election Panel's decision for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP), Anr.761/2021, regarding the request for the count of 20,550 packages reached by mail from voters outside Kosovo, has been refused as unsubstantiated through the A.n.38/202118x3> act, the Supreme Party announced Friday.
