Hasani has said that the prosecution if he hears of any vote manipulation has to begin investigations.
“Even if there is no criminal outcry at all, if the prosecution receives signals from electronic media, written or any other source has the obligation to begin investigations”, he said, sends in Telegrafi.
The former chairman of the Supreme Court says how much he was in office was lifted on bail as a measure in connection with election manipulation.
“From that moment abuses have been reduced to 80%. Commissioners were reluctant to be part of the elections for fear they might end up in jail”, Fyzullah Hasani says, among other things.
