On Monday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the trial has failed, as the accused has been missing the theft of three pieces of skull, Kenan Kurtic.
The trial was postponed for an indefinite date by Judge Gent Beka, who announced that the parties will be invited with regular invitations, reports the “Justice Battle”.
At the previous session, the prosecutor in the case was Zef Prendrecaj.
According to the indictment filed on July 17th 2019, accused Kenan Kurtic on March 07th 2018, after entering the Viva Fresh Market in Fushe Kosovo, the defendant has placed several products, respectively, three pieces of skull under his jacket worth 24 euros, where he passes by without paying them and is stopped at the market's security in question, where products are found on his jacket.
That way, according to the State Prosecutor, defendant Kenan Kurtic has committed criminal theft by Article 325 paragraph 2 of KPRC. /Betimy for Justice
