The Special Prosecutor did not return the equipment O V L- KLAça for these reasons

OVL) Chairman Faton Klinku's task officer has appeared at a media conference along with his lawyer, Tome Gashi, following the Special decision not to return the equipment he had received at the headquarters of this organisation. Klink said she had asked the Special for the equipment taken from headquarters [...]
Klinaku said she had asked the Special for the equipment received at OVLA headquarters to return to her, a request that was refused for security reasons.
We've been called from The Hague to say that they're bringing in the equipment, I told you it's good to bring those devices in here, later they told me that because of security I can't come to your office to bring the equipment. And they've asked us to come to the specialised prosecutor's office for today 24 March. We have authorized Tome Gashi on this matter to take those devices, even though I have told them besides the phone calls to send them in written form, until they said it was about security reasons, Klink said.
And so has Tome Gashi, the person authorized to take the equipment. Gashi said they had not returned the equipment and had said logistical reasons were cause for this refusal.
“They have sent to send someone to EULEX headquarters, who exploits special prosecutions at The Hague because they failed to bring them to the OVL even though they took them here. If something takes you as equipment to investigate it, and the moment you finish your expertise you have to go back to where they were taken, but that was ignored by the prosecution, today I went to 10:00 as requested, and one investigator said that they couldn't do it for logistical reasons because they were busy, what we had sent to them was to tell you what they found on the equipment they got, and that's why they didn't come back, even though they had invited us to take away, Gashi added.
