A number of issues are being discussed at today's session. The defense of the accused has accused the prosecution of hastily rushing to start the trial against Thaci and others as soon as possible.
David Hooper, Thaci's lawyer, has asked the prosecution body for some materials that were presented to his client during the interview in July last year.
Furthermore, the defendants' lawyers have demanded that the prosecution give all audio and video recordings of witness interviews.
Thaci's attorney at the session has also mentioned NATO bombings to end Serbia's aggression on Kosovo.
The prosecution has said that in September it plans to hand over the preliminary file in this case, which has been rejected by lawyers.
