Due to the increasing number of infections, a large portion of regions in Italy will be re-completed starting today (15.03). Lazio and Rome's capital, Lombardia, Milan, Peemont, Venito, and Emilia-Roma are also part of the area in question. It shuts down all schools and daily centres as well as shops. Restaurants are only allowed to offer custom food. Freedom of movement within the region is strictly limited. People are allowed to leave their home only for necessary needs, except for those who have to go to work or have an emergency.
Rome Declares Ambition Plan
Rome will win the fight against pandemic not only with restrictions but also with an improved vaccine campaign. It is planned that by September, at least 80 per cent of the population will be immune to the Corona virus. That is the goal of the national inoculation plan announced by the government. It must be vaccinated at least 500,000 people a day, about three times as much as was vaccinated a day until now (17 000).

The number of coronary infections in Italy has steadily increased in recent weeks. On Saturday, authorities announced about 26,000 new coronary infections and 317 virus-related deaths in one day. Italy has 60 million inhabitants and so far has killed more than 100,000 people infected with the Corona virus.
Majorka welcomes another vacationer
Unlike Italy, good news comes from the island of Majorca. For vacationers there are no longer required for forced or quarantine tests for two weeks.

Due to the decline in the number of infections, the German government also decided to remove the entire Baleare Islands, some regions of Spain, parts of Portugal and Denmark, as well as the Caribbean Bahamas island from the risk list of Robert Koch (RKI) Institute. However, the German Foreign Ministry continues to recommend to the citizens not to undertake unnecessary <x1). / DW/
