The session will be held against the four former political and military leaders of the KLA, former President Hashim Thaci, former leaders Kadri Veselin and Jakup Krasniqi and the head of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Rexhep Selimi.
The incident holds Thaci, Veselin, Krasniqi and Selimi responsible for a series of crimes allegedly committed during 1998-1999.
