The Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, during today's session in the Serbian Parliament, has raised the case of the case, Pandaı.
In his speech, Kamberi said in front of the attendees that the case, "Panda" in Pec, was a crime of Serbs who tried to point this act to Albanians.
” Why is the truth behind the Panda case in Pec?
Chapter 35, in Serbia's talks with the EU, is specific and contains mechanisms for conveying agreements reached within dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
This standard is regulated in the framework of the Framework for talks with the EU on Serbia's path towards integration into the European Union, where, among other things, “the issue of normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia will be considered in the framework of Chapter 35, named as the other “issues of” while in particular and reasonable matters, this relationship report between the two countries will be considered in other relevant chapters.
The normalisation of relations with Kosovo would have to mean the launch of the reconciliation process and, among other things, the encounter with the past, as well as the quest for forgiveness for what has been done.
In the process of normalisation and reconciliation, however, a special contribution could have made the complete dawning of the issue of the dead, but also the dawning of all the cases that have resulted from the civilian victim”.
While speaking of the issue of normalising the reports between Kosovo and Serbia, where it would conclude with final agreements and reconciliation, Kamberi stressed that special contributions would also give the general dawning of the issue of the found persons, but also the dawn of cases that resulted in civilian casualties.
A case like this is the one that happened in the “Panda” victory in Pec in 1998.
On December 14, 1998, five Gymnasium students (Ivan 14, Zoran 18, Svetislav, Dragan and 17-year-old Vukosavi) and the 25-year-old student named Ivan were standing at the “Panda” cafe, which was facing the school.
Two masked armed men entered the coffee shop and, with automatic hail, killed six young men and left.
It was this time when Slobodan Milosevic wanted weapons to solve the “issue of the Albanians in Kosovo with weapons.
The crime committed in the “Panda” in Pec, which was immediately charged, as Albanian “terrorists said, had brought mass arrests.
By December 17th, at least 150 Albanians in the neighbourhood “Kapisnica” were arrested and interviewed at the Pec Police Station.
Over 200 members of the Serbian police and military had later reported on in the raid of Albanian homes and violence exercised against them.
Four or five Albanians had been arrested, and after several months held in custody at the Leskoci prison had been released in absentia of any incriminating fact.
A monk of the Peja Patriarchate ( Ranko Jokiq) had declared for the daily Kurir that “eczecutors are known, their names are erased, specifically their nationality”.
By 2013, families of those killed had lived by believing that this crime was committed by Albanians.
But then, in the quality of the co-ordinator of the Secret Service Office, President Aleksandar Vuqiq on the “Teska reč”, with 28,12.2013, had declared “Crime in Panda had not been carried out as if we believed thus far” and that the republic would be shocked when it is turned out to be true”.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vuqiq has stated he has information on the murder of six young Serbs in 1998 in Pec, which no one has responded to.
I have information and tissue, but our competent bodies are looking for full evidence that this serious crime will be cleared. As for Serbia and me personally, the parents of those killed should believe that we will not hide the truth regardless of who has participated in this terrible crime, whether Albanian or Serbian, which, I believe, would surprise everyone.
He also added that it is “first who has taken the courage to speak of this crime” and that it doesn't worry “the risk he took over” (source: Mondo, 01.11.2018. )
Even former war crimes prosecutor Vadic Vukchev, for the daily Danas, had declared that the <x0-informats with which the Prosecutor's Office speaks that in the vicinity of the Panda cafe, or around it “there were no Albanians except for Serbian police and military forces”.
Now, 23 years of crime in the “Panda” in Pec even after President Aleksandar Vuciq's statement that “ai is almost safe” who is responsible for this terrible crime, citizens are still waiting to hear the truth about who and what on December 14th 1998 killed six and injured 15 young people.
I believe that the state owes the wide opinion, especially to the families of the victims, to tell the truth about this crime.
So my question for the police minister and the justice minister is:
- Have perpetrators of this crime been identified, and when would the charges be filed for them?
- What is the reason for the president of the state to pose a danger in mentioning this case?
Thank you”
