So has the Serbian List in a communique that has started for the media.

The poll opposes the Assembly's decision to elect the Government in Pristina from March 22nd, 2021, in which the Serb community was given only one ministry, even though under the Constitution it was obliged to appoint two”, the statement said.

The Serbian “List expects the Constitutional Court to rule in accordance with constitutional right by respecting the rights of the Serbian people, but also of other non-most communities. We stress that the decision to deny Serbs to be represented correctly in central-level institutions against all legal acts”, said in communique.

The Serbian list has not voted Government in the lead with Albin Kurti, until the same ones during the session have indicated they will be headed to the Constitutional.

The same claim they belong to two ministries from the total number of ministries that are in the executives.
