The chairman of the Red Crimes Department Judicial Chamber, Ibrahi Idrizi, after holding the initial trial, and admitting guilt from defendants, defendant V.B. for criminal acts as a criminal, he found him guilty and pronounced prison sentences of (1) years and six months and fines in many of the thousand hundred (1.400) euros, while convicted D.P. convicted and pronounced prison sentences of (1) years in prison and four hundred (400) in fines.
The defendants are charged with that in 07.04.20, with the intent of selling were possessed without authorization of cocaine-type narcotics substances in the way that the DHTN unit, in Ferizaj, after operational work and during the search, in the body of the accused D.P, and under the rechips have found a bag of narcotics-type cocaine substances of 49.07 gram, and then with the consent of the accused has been searched for residence where they resided and during the search of 5 sacks of cocaine -- 34.39 pounds of weight, 3.7, gr.06, and 0.455 degrees of gross weight that were found, 96 per centiphery women were also located in the area.
Against this bias, the parties have a right to a complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written act. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
